A walk on the wild side!

D & I set off for an hour's walk this morning prior to community choir - this photo is of the beck at Beckfoot, D had just spotted a mink swimming along near the riverbank and I spotted the heron which you may be able to see.  Our planned route was through the woods but D suggested that we try a different path through the trees.  It turned out to be quite an adventure and took somewhat longer than the planned hour!!
