Sugar maple tree

I made a quick trip to Holden Arboretum to see how much the sugar maple tree has changed since I saw it last week. The answer was "more than I wanted it to!" I love Autumn, and the Arboretum is my favorite place to capture photos for my "Color Me Autumn" album. I snapped this picture on that quick trip and posted it on Monday (the following day). Overnight it has rained, so I'm afraid it is even less colorful as I type this. So disappointing, but I will have to make another trip this week to see how the ginkgo tree is progressing. It was still green the last time I looked. I'll post another report soon. ~Trail Walker (aka Skip)
