Week 3 - Day 1 - Wrinkly gym.
Some clown entitled it "Escape pain." "Take your mind off pain." might be more accurate. I didn't realise how far down I'd slipped since the Naughty knee of Easter. I'm not sure I am in fact the oldest; but I certainly feel it.
Due to its magnificent timing 11:00 it, both, gives me time to become vertical & work up a decent head of steam; its 1hr+optional brew carries me to a point where I can slink into The Icecream Parlour and partake of one of their 6 home-made soups. Carrot & coriander beat Broccoli, stilton & Cranberry by a short head. The lady whose space I invaded gave it 10/10 so I may give it a whirl next time.
Due to my parking position and route to food, I didn't see these three lads standing guard over their Poppy field until en route back.
Did another knee-naughty, so hope it's better by Thursday.
There is the odd occasion I miss the odd couple of cartilages more than other times. This was one such. :¬(
