Early Start

Guernsey Airport is closed until Thursday. For once the closure is nothing to do with fog - or even snow or ice - but there will be no flights, save emergencies, in or out of Guernsey until Thursday morning. Lagan Construction will spend the next 48 hours focusing on the western end of the runway, lowering the levels of the airport pavements and reconstructing the surface with asphalt.
