Birthday Lunch

The delightful little Italian Restaurant in Yaxley was fit to bursting today as we took over the whole place for A's birthday lunch, super food, great company, a fabulous cake, lots of champers and lots of people and friends who we hadn't seen in ages so it was good to catch up with them all. One couple had even come over from Australia, my ex-husband from France, a few from Norfolk, us from Shropshire and some from London. Lily and her Mum (my #2 daughter) are on the bottom of my blip and A, the Birthday girl and C, husband above.

It was a long lunch! We couldn't face going back to the pub so returned to Matilda where it was good to put our feet up and have a relaxing evening, especially after such a late one last night. Party poopers I hear you say?!
