Hopetoun House Pryromania

We went to Hopetoun house tonight. Nice bonfire and the fireworks were ok. Felt like they are being fired in the air at random. Not like the co-ordination we see at the New year fireworks.
Egress from Hopetoun House was woeful. 45 minutes to do 2 miles out to the main road. That bit was miserable. The worst though was waiting in the queue for some chips to get to the front and to be told "We've run out of chips" !!
