crathes castle

This is Crathes Castle on Royal Deeside. The castle was shut to visitors until the spring, it shut at the end of October. Must try and get back next year. It looks a great place to visit with walks and gardens and the castle itself to visit. We took a run out in the afternoon. By the time we got there it was pretty wet, so the photo may be a bit dark.
