Road to hell

Decorating at home. A big project- currently on three bedrooms.
Decide to head to Dad’s in Royston.
1 hour 45 there and 3 hours back. Chris Rea- eat your heart out.
Am developing an aversion to the Blackwall tunnel.
The only high point was finding a shower kit to replace Dad’s McCarthy and Stone decrepit version.
