Peony... in Pink

The first of our peonies to flower this year. They are such striking flowers. Family members have returned to their homes in the Nelson area. Son Duncan had a fruitful trip to the recycling centre here yesterday. Hannah and Alex went home with plants for their garden. They also took Kevin the cat who would have much preferred to stay here longer enjoying the company of our cats. It’s been very windy all day and that wind has made lots of mess around the town.,
