Wet & Wild

Our friends left very early this morning and we debated what to do for the day. It was extremely blustery, with continous showers, so we stayed indoors all day.

Mr E sat with the binoculars on wildlife spotting duty and I waded through my puzzle book. I usually dip in and out, chosing all my favourites but this holiday I've decided to plough through methodically, so that I don't add to the huge pile of half finished books.

The day ended with dramatic light through the kitchen window.
