Blast in the Park

A wet day in Comrie. Watched a red squirrel climb outside our lodge. Brunch. Read papers for meeting next week. Stayed awake (just). Walked into Comrie for some shopping.

Spotted a sign for a firework display in the park tonight so my wife and I headed off to have a look, despite the rain. Big turnout and giant bonfire throwing sparks into the air. See extra.

Excellent firework display then back to join our friends for a BBQ and great evening celebrating a few birthdays - one a 60th.
