Wait Your Turn Youngie.
Well its an early morning back to work and this is my view of the Tay Bridge looking North towards the lights of Dundee in the wee small hours with my empty passenger train I have been stopped at D715 signal just before the high girder section of the bridge but not for a train in front of me but for the train coming the other way as you may not be aware of this wee bit of local knowledge regarding trains on the Tay Bridge but for any frequent travellers over this route you may have noticed when crossing this bridge that you will never pass another train on the move over the high girder section of the bridge even although it is double track no two trains are allowed over the centre section at the same time I think it goes back to the old days after the first Tay Bridge disaster so now you know that if you get stopped on your train before the high girder section it will be more than likely that a train is booked to run the opposite way before you and you have to wait your turn to cross the rickety bridge lol
