National Pet Show

I won tickets for The National Pet Show at the NEC and took H this morning. She’s petted almost every dog possible, held cockroaches and millipedes and stroked snakes. We had a lovely chat with a lady training a guide horse, never heard of that before. He’s been welcomed everywhere in town and become a bit of a celebrity apart from at their local agricultural show, which bizarrely wouldn’t allow him to go.

I’d cropped this photo of the giant tortoise but you couldn’t get any idea of his size so I’ve left someone’s shoes in to give an idea of scale.
