I am a rock, I am an island

A fairly typical saturday; up early for a walk with Léo before yoga, home for porridge, then Liz went shopping while I went out for an easy 10k that took longer than anticipated but the sun was shining.
Then we had another stroll with the hound into Rolle - see pic
