WWT London: Anatid Assemblage
Curvier characters in large.
I went to the wetlands centre to see the adorable nēnēs and Emperor geese.
One of the keepers gave a talk about the nēnēs ("Hawaiian geese") and the conservation efforts in which WWT are involved, which drew a little crowd, and drew the birds over (or rather the keeper's grains and seeds did), so I mounted the macro for some close-ups, and only photographed the nēnēs, emperor geese, and red-breasted geese...
Others here (or right from Naughty nēnēs)
