Me and the Rev

The Chill Swims started down at the Quays today. I hadn’t really thought about going, but then I heard Rev Kate Bottley from Gogglebox and Radio 2 saying she was doing it to raise money for Children in Need...I thought I’d join her.

It was ten degrees, so not horrific in the water, but cold when it trickled down the back of your wetsuit. I was buzzing when I got out, it really is exhilarating. Yesterday at work I drank a Red Bull to get me through the evening and I was flying all over the show...this was a bigger high!

Kate was lovely to chat to and she has said she will give me a shout out in the morning on the radio show.

Now I’m getting wrapped up to go to the bonfire at the cricket club.
