A Fisherman's House?

A rather strangely adorned traditional house in Fri, Φρί, on Kasos. I imagine it belonged to a fisherman or a captain, or a pirate from the Caribbean Mediterranean..........
Or more explainable is the boot load of olive tree cuttings destined for the owner's goats that I have added as an extra.
