...And Relax

My Dear Princess & Dear Fellows,

Cazza got back from the Bay of Plenty today. She's been away about 10 days and me and the little guys have been used to living in a boy's flat (which means the place is full of pizza boxes and none of us are wearing any knickers).

It sounds like Cazza had a pretty full-on week. She took care of 2 teenage kids, went to see "A Star Is Born" AGAIN with Feefs and J-Bar, attended a Halloween party (where an 8 year old dressed as Pennywise created migraine-inducing screams from the other kids all evening), she was also taught how to play Minecraft by The Nipper, bonded with an elderly Labrador, and managed to find a good rest home for Shetland Dad.

Consequently, she was quite tired when she got in today. Fortunately, me and the lads had just the perfect environment for her to relax in. Today's picture is the boys, showing Cazza how it is done.

Actually, Punky had stolen Cazza's place on the couch over the past few days. So I've rearranged furniture so that they can both sit there (I moved Punky's pink ottoman next to that end of the couch).

Jasper immediately RUINED things by stealing the NEW seat. But it still worked out ok. Cazza now rules her end of the couch and has Punky AND Jasper sitting on either side of her.

It's good. I can see her week slowly drifting off her like stress-mist. I've put on all her favourite shows, supplied her with coffee and chocolate and she seems very happy.

We don't do drama. Not in our house.

S.
