......Mrs Nextdoor is taking a rather butch approach to the concept of the-fairy-at-the-top-of-the-Christmas-tree this year.....this is a through-the-dirty-window shot because you just don't mess with someone wielding a chain-saw and wearing a serious hard hat!

Pasta update.....I'm pleased to report that it worked a treat, even with the wrong flour (I used 'plain'/all-purpose rather than 00/semolina). Now I'm not sure I'd bother to make fresh every time, but I rather fancy trying a few flavoured varieties like smoked paprika, tomato, herb and black pepper......any suggestions gratefully received!
