2018 Thursday — Entering Cayucos

Entering Cayucos;
entering November’s first weekend.

I’m so excited to be spending this weekend on California’s Central Coast. I have lots of paper grading to do, but I’d rather do it here, than not be here.

It’s very warm. Wind from the interior region is blowing gently in an off-shore direction. The clouds are high thin sheets of white.

We hadn’t even thought about this weekend including the annual Cayucos Car Show. This town is filling with hot rods and car buffs.
