Up in the air

Our talks process here is, like this bird, up in the air. Unlike the bird, I see little light ahead for us unless and until we together can produce an outbreak of generosity. Generosity empowers all and diminishes no one. Generosity has the ability to create space for movement where none had seemed possible. Generosity says "what can I do to help you?" Generosity is prodigal, but carries with it the potential to be misunderstood, scorned, held up as weakness. But it is, rather, introducing the art of the possible into seemingly intractable situations.
