A cake for @CultureClaire

It was Claire's second birthday today. Not her actual birthday but two years since she joined the Culturapedia team. Excuse for cake. I took to the kitchen and made a chocolate beetroot cake. I even used beetroot to colour the icing. It was really yummy and much appreciated.
