7.15am Campbeltown Loch
8.1C with a bright sunny morning then short very heavy showers in the afternoon. Moderate W/WSW/WNW breeze.
After lunch Fergus and I went for a walk out to the old shipyard and wandered out the shore path to Slaty Farlan and on out the new path to the second gate. I put a nice stone with a hole in it into the little plastic Geocache box that has appeared there recently.
We had waited for a heavy shower to pass over before starting out, and thought we were lucky as two more passed along the other side of the loch. Coming back round the Esplanade we got caught on one, so were wet when we got home. Well, Fergus was.
