Today I have been sorting our some help as my partner has problems with his mobility. I still have pains in my neck and head. I was told to take thing carefully as the nerves may get trapped again. It was not only extremely painful but very frightening. 

I have managed hopefully to get and appointment for and MRI in a private hospital, to try to find out how bad this problem is.
