A Rather Extraordinary Day
I can’t really tell you what made it extraordinary...it just was.
It snowed on the mountains last night....off in the distance you can see that they are full of snow....they looked rather lovely.....extra.
We started off the day in the little graveyard (Rainies Mum and Dad are interred there) up on the hill...we spied some lovely little trees to practice some PV’s on when I was looking for my lens cap in the rain the other day......the lens caps that was snug and dry in my camera bag.
I saw these gorgeous red rhodos and thought I would give it a go...there are some quite interesting things in there if you look inside.
After lunch we just went driving......we ended up on quite an adventure full of spooky houses ..(extra....the lovely lady let us get close up and personal to it so we could take pics of the inside).........gardens of beautiful poppies.....glowing goats...dereliction. .......Buttercups and all sorts of fabulous things. I got to journey with Rainie as she walked down Memory Lane .....she showed me where she grew up .....cycled to school and the happy childhood days swimming in the river behind the house.
Already it’s getting late .....feeling a little weary.
And.........I do want to thank you so much for the love on the LE yesterday.
