PDX was Halloween festive.  Gonna be a quiet night in with the boys for me.

This area of Lloyd along NE Holladay Street near the 7th Street MAX stop is slated for more big changes.  The park above is where there's a weekly farmers market every Tuesday, I've been reading for some time now that this site is going to be redeveloped.  There are currently 4 (empty) office buildings around this park and they will be replaced with this.  Watch this space...
