Not Quite Pep

I have been wanting to try a Pep Ventosa image but never think of it when I am out and about. It is late Wednesday evening and no Blip. Thought I would try it out on a vase of dead dried rose buds. I set the camera on a tripod and turned the vase round instead of circling it myself. i only took about 36 shots and went about halfway around. I didn't want to spend too long on it in case it didn't work or I couldn't process it. I decided to try focus stacking rather than layering the images seeing as it was so late. I found the result interesting but obviously needs a lot more images to achieve the PV look. I will try layering the images as well to compare (but not tonight). I added a glass filter to blur it a bit.
