Floods

This was our garden this morning - around a foot deep at this point - not sure how deep it is now, but its gradually working its way up the lawn and about 3/4 of the lawn is under water. The shed will be a little worse for wear when the water goes down, unfortunately rather more stored in it than usual as we are having building works done to the house.

The village has taken a bit of a battering today, flooded roads, shut roads, burst banks, some evacuated houses - I hope it's all back to normal as soon as possible
