Just Hanging Out

This is a Resident pair of Sandhill Cranes. They live year 'round at Kanapaha Lake. I spotted them this morning at Kanapaha Botanical Gardens here in Gainesville. My friend lives in a trailer park which adjoins the Lake and she sees them almost daily. Usually I see them with a couple of youngsters in tow. It seems that the kids have struck out on their own leaving mom&dad free to graze in the sun and generally just hang out! Good for them! 
Tomorrow I fly to Costa Rica to meet with some BlipFriends for a Photography Tour. I'll leave my 'comments' on but can't promise that I'll have a lot of time to peruse your lovely Blips so...I will when I can.
