Things guaranteed to make you grumpy:

Waking up on a Monday morning and feeling instantly tired.
Finding an arsey note left on your chair having a go about something - which wasn't even true - when you start to prepare for your work day.
Finding an arsey note left in your pigeon hole having a go about something - which wasn't even true - half way through your crappy day.
Working way too many hours.
Spilling the last, flaky bits in your nuts and seeds mix packet on to the carpet when you are on your way home, and all you want is to get out of work.

Bangers and mash with lots and lots of gravy has cheered me up somewhat.

At least tomorrow's a new day :)
