Return of the swans

Went for a walk down to the ponds after lunch (armed with camera, litter-pickker and bag) and had a wander round. I filled the bag (mainly plastic bottles) and enjoyed the autumn colours.
Mr Rat had told me a couple of days ago there were swans again and there they were on the smaller pond. I don't know if it's a new pair or if the female from before has found a new mate (the previous one died of old age a year ago).
Once back I made some more goodies for the church sale on Saturday and had a short time before making tea and then going out, so blipping time.
