Tiny Tuesday theme this week is 'Stamens'. I'm sure there are some stamens in there somewhere. I have a feeling the star shaped more obvious bit here is the stigma, the female part. The stamen is the pollen producing male bit. Biology lessons were quite a few decades ago.
Not a lot of flowers around in an English garden in late autumn so this will have to do!
