Hoolit

I was having to stay in today for a delivery so getting out into the clear blue skies and frost (there was ice on the pond this morning) so I grabbed the owl (A-Oh as The Cygnet used to call them) and a wee torch...……..

Later I noticed that one of the flowers on the 'seasonal' cactus has burst forth -- a tad early. But there are buds on every leaf tip so I am sure at least one will be open at the right time.

Of course, the delivery arrived shortly before we had to go and collect the monsters from school and start the to-ing and fro-ing that is a Monday afternoon.
