Jodi Picoult

Today I met one of my favourite authors, Jodi Picoult. She has come to England to promote her new book 'A Spark of Light'. She read part of the book to us and had us all gripped! She then talked about how she got the idea for the story and answered some questions. She's an extremely intelligent and interesting person and a good speaker. I enjoyed listening to her and I'm looking forward to reading the book. Hopefully it will be as good as Small, Great Things- a fantastic book that's an uncomfortable read at times.
