Near the Stiperstones

Mercia harriers organise a time trial over the Long Mynnd to Stiperstones and down to the village - a distance of over 9 miles. The winner came in just over 60mins. The race has been run and organised by the same person for 25 years - an unsung hero who stands in the cold and wet to let others 'enjoy' theirselves. Here's to unsung heroes - and fellrunners everywhere.
