RED BERRIES

Firstly, I would like to apologise for my lack of comments on your lovely blips recently, things are a bit hectic here at the moment, but hopefully I’ll be back soon.

The red berries are just about hanging on in there. It was a bit chilly on our walk this morning, but I liked the way the sun was burning off the mist. After the chilly walk, I got warmed up at Cardiac Rehab.

Unfortunately, one of the lads collapsed just before the end of the class. He got instant attention from the staff, and the rest of us were ushered out quickly. I do hope he’s okay!
