Spag Bol!

Been quite busy today, wasted an hour at the hospital getting results of a blood test! Weather ok sun and cloudy. Did some shopping in Southend, coffee at M & S and a walk.
Unfortunately didn't get out with the camera in daylight so decided to do a blip of tonights dinner! We all love spaghetti bolognese, just taken the lid off so its steaming, not my lens dirty! Ali has made some garlic bread to go with it, yum! House now smells of garlic and I'm hungry!
