Thinning Canopy

The day started with an urban Orienteering event in Woodthorpe York. Lots of twists and turns to challenge the brain. Apart from one rather cold shower of rain a good morning for a run. Just 32 seconds down on my class winner and in second place. Felt a bit rusty after not Orienteering for a while so pleased with the result.

Out with Jet I had sunshine and hail showers but fortunately there are still enough leaves on the tree to give some protection.

A very enjoyable evening meal catching up with middle son Matthew and his partner Mary.
