Remember what I said about the flooded leaf clogged street drains yesterday?  

As I was about to go out at lunchtime there was a flicker of lightning, a rumble of thunder, a couple more getting closer then the wall of rain and hail came down.  So I just stood at the window and watched for a while then did some indoor things until it cleared enough to go out.
