Coffee shack

We managed to dodge the deluge and had a lovely walk in the sunshine with the dogs around Hedley Hall (part of the Woodland Trust). Just across the road, at the entrance to Causey Arch, there's a lovely coffee shop where we had a spot of lunch.
I cooked a korma and some daal back at home, ready for dinner, and got on top of my accounts! Then went to my second ever spinning class. The instructor manages to combine serious exercise with meditation, visualisations and atmospheric music and, given that the clocks had gone back, we cycled by candlelight!
