Sunshine at da Hams

It's been a lovely sunny day, really calm too.  Cold when not on the sun.

Up fairly early, and out with Sammy after breakfast.  The morning was spent puttering about the house.  I went the afternoon with bro Jonny and family, their friends and also friend Julie and Keba.  It's been a lazy evening at home by the fire.  With the clocks going back, it was almost pitch black by 5.30pm!

I arranged to meet up with Jonny and the gang, and we all headed out for a walk.  This was new territory for most of the gang, but one of my favourite walks in Shetland.  It's a good hour walk each way, and even the bairns enjoyed it.  Once at the destination, the scenery is just stunning.  This is a view looking down on the North Hams, and the cliffs, Muckle Roe.
