Sundown on the Avon

We made good use of our extra hour and set off early for the drive from Scotland to Stratford on Avon - very chilly but a beautiful sunny day for the journey.

Looking forward to this short break in the central apartment we have used on the last 2 trips - we are here to celebrate the 1st birthday of our youngest grandchild Poppy.

The sun was setting by the time we had looked in to see the family before driving to the apartment and walking to the bridge over the Avon for one of my favourite Stratford views.
