From the Riverside Museum where I met up with R from Greece, who used to be Sunseeker, but sadly blips no more, for the time being anyway. We had a lovely day, blethering and also seeing the museum, in particular the tall ship, the Glenlee. The trouble with photographing the Glenlee was that it's too big (and the same can be said for the museum facade), and it faces north so the sun was always going to be in the wrong place. The best shots would have been from the other side of the Clyde, but although a ferry runs in the summer, in the winter it's a long way round on foot. I've added an extra photo of the reflection of the Glenlee in the museum facade which will have to do.
I think Edinburgh could do with a river too - but we will probably just have to carry on making do with the Castle, Arthur's Seat and a few other sights.
