Mission accomplished

Had a great day today, our brilliant daughter completed the Dublin Marathon in just over 4 hours and is very happy with that.
The collage pictures cover the day from 6.00am in our hotel room to the beautiful double rainbow we saw from our taxi back to the hotel.
Sadly Ryanair have lived up to their reputation. Our 20.10 flight is now delayed until 21.45. It wouldn't be so bad but they already knocked its departure back by over an hour a few months ago.
Still we're not going to let them spoil a fantastic weekend, we just might sleep through the departure though lol!

Final tally for the day: 34,029! That's 15.2 miles, a marathon over 2 days... Who'd have thocht it!! I have something to thank Ryanair for after all... Making me walk the length of Dublin Airport... three times.... tonight!
