Turning Japanese
We made a cake for TSM to take to work. Actually we made two; the first was a fail due to a measuring incident. And TSM made a delicious stew with dumplings. So the afternoon was consumed by kitchen craft.
In the evening I made this Japanese haiku using poetry cubes bought for me by The Yoga Mama. Rather pleased with the outcome. Counting syllables is a strangely calming thing to do. The haiku is a great place to consider the places where art and science touch.
We also did the wardrobe thing as the clocks went back last night; stashing the shorts and digging out the winter woolies. This generated a fair bit of stuff to donate to charity. I really don’t know why I bought some of it in the first place.
Couldn’t find any vegan slippers I liked on line...
