Abbots Hospital
We left the son and family late morning to have a walk around Guildford town centre, Surrey, before heading home.
Guildford has a lovely town centre and one of the most striking buildings is Abbots Hospital built in 1619. It not a hospital in the normal sense of the word but provided care for those who needed it. It was nice to get a photograph of it with Union Jack flying and the older man and baby in the frame.
