River Brue

Visiting friends in Burnham-on-Sea, who have just moved back from Spain. After a lovely lunch we walked along the south esplanade as far as we could go. This takes you to the Brue, and a footpath to Highbridge. The Brue runs into the river Parrett, which in turn runs into the Bristol Channel. A fascinating history can be found on Wikipedia :-)
