Straws

Sometimes they are responsible for breaking the camel's back. However, in our house they have a very different purpose. Master B can be a bit like his dad, in that he doesn't always know what's good for him when it comes to drinking and hydration. I prefer not to drink with a meal - I like to wait until I've eaten then drink. Master B has a similar pattern but doesn't drink that much throughout the day.

Here's the not so clever bit. If you offer him a straw with his juice, voila! The boy drinks all his juice before he leaves the table.

I may yet give it a go myself.
