Gardening day

We have had a leaf raking session today as we try to keep the garden tidy and produce some leaf mould compost for next year.

The blip is a multi-exposure illustrating the last blooms and seed heads in the late October sunshine.

Five minutes after this was taken we had a hail storm for some minutes, just a reminder that the summer is over.
