Autumnal Equinox

One of the many things I love about this time of year, as the world around turns to reds and golds, the casting of the gorgeous warm tones in the sun and the natural world starts to hunker down is that it feels like time for new chapters. To reflect and learn and change, and today definitely was a very good day on that front. It was topped off by a wonderful evening with the very talented chef E, for a delicious home cooked meal and a long overdue evening of conversation. And she introduced me to the concept of breakfast cake, which rocked my world!
